Losing Milo is like the end of an era for our family. DuWayne's Mother was
Milo's Aunt Blossom. The farm was a second home for her and DuWayne, Harriet and Nettie. Then when DuWayne married Mary and they had children, Mike and Sharon, they made many visits to the farm. Milo was always so
Happy to see us and show us around the farm. He would show us his
Latest photos, he was such a good photographer. Then he would play us
Some polka music. Dora and Evie would make a wonderful meal, there
Was nothing like it.
Thanks to Milo, the farm was a "constant" for many. The door was always
Open, you were always greeted with love and happiness. It is with great
Sadness that we see this "era" slip away along with the wonderful folks that
Made it possible. But, we have the memories and will cherish them forever.
Our sympathy to sons Aren, Myron, Michael and Lief and sisters Inez and Alice.

It is at this time I would like to express my condolences for your most recent loss. Milo lived life to fullest extent, and when he did it he did with his own style, and ALWAYS had fun doing it! He adored fun with the lust for life!
He was an extremely hard worker as well; his farm was always tended to, and he took great pride in it. He had the toughness, drive, and work ethic of a team of clydsdales. He took great joy in how long it was running, and how to keep and maintain its history. Always kind to those who perhaps were less deserving, and was willing to help anyone, to the best of his abilities.
He will be dearly missed, he has touched so many different peoples lifes in so many ways! Take to heart that he lived a long life, which was sprinkled with many, many blessings, great and small!
You are in my thoughts!

As always my thoughts are with you, Myron, Aren, Mike and Leif this day! He was such a wonderful and special person in my life as well as so many others. May you have peace in the fact that he had such a peaceful end to such an extraordinary life. As I told you when your mom passed, when ever I need a happy memory to look back on, it takes me right back to that beautiful farm and home on Advent Rd that you shared with me in my teen years...
My love to you all at this difficult time but know that Heaven has for sure received him with this being the photograph in my mind today.
Always, Bridget

I am sorry to hear of Milo's passing. I am unable to attend the funeral or visitation due to being back in Alaska, but I will be thinking of the family during this difficult time.
