Mary LaBelle is a gift and we will treasure her forever in our hearts until that wonderful day that we will all gather never to depart again. I bestow my deepest heartfelt sympathies to Mary's family, her beloved Leonardo Di Vinci and the rest of us that had the blessing to meet and come to know her. I lived in Whitewater from Sept 2004 thru May 2007 and kept in contact with Mary from time-to-time. Obviously, she never left my heart as I set down today to search her out. Mary created a beautiful formal ministerial portrait of me that people gasp at the unique creation that only Mary could do. Oh dear friend, you are missed until we meet again.

Mary leaves a lasting legacy in the beautiful artwork she created with her photographic portraits. She created lovely portraits of my daughter, that look like oil paintings. They are admired by all who visit our home. My daughter so enjoyed working with Mary by posing for those photographs. I have heard it said that "one is not truly gone as long as there are people alive who know that one lived". Mary will live on in many homes for a long long time to come. Our family sends our deepest sympathies to Mary's family.

We knew this was coming, and yet it is so hard when it hits. Mary was so full of life, energy, and enthusiasm for everything she did. Even in dying, she conquered it with dynamic hope and incredible resilience.
What I loved most about Mary was her dedication to family. You see it in her photographs, her friends, and her nearest relatives who so dedicated themselves to her care throughout her struggle.
To say she will be missed, falls way short of the loss I feel. My heart goes out to all of you who loved her so dearly.

My deepest Sympathy goes out to Mary's family. My sisters and I all knew Mary from when she would do our sports pictures at Clinton High School along with our Senior pictures back in the 80's and early 90's. I will always remember her larger than life smile and personality. She touched the lives of many people.
