Chuck was a classmate at Janesville Senior High School. When I arrived from England in 1958 Chuck was one of the first boys I met and he was very kind to the new "foreign" kid. We were never really close, but I will never forget his kindness in my early months in the USA. He was obviously a quality guy who led an exemplary life, my condolences to all his family and friends.

To Joan, Dan, Jill, Steve, and Vera,
Our hearts go out to you during this difficult time. Chuck was such a "fighter" for so long and was never a person to complain about the struggles he experienced for so many years. He was an inspiration to all who loved him showing us how to "live one day at a time" and was vigilent in reminding us to count our blessings EVERY day, regardless of what you may be facing.
Chuck will surely be missed. But in my heart I know that he'll be keeping St. Peter busy while waiting for us to join him! Anyone who doesn't agree with that really didn't know Chuck.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
Most sincerely,
Bob & Phyllis Freeman
