Alan Grant was my Dad and an inspiration throughout my life. Growing up we spent many a weekend learning how to hunt and fish while spending time with family and friends. He was a hard working dedicated family man who always did the very best that he could with what he had. His caring sole often reached out to me even half way around the world while serving my country in the US Navy. I did not spend nearly enough time with him, but it always felt like it was yesterday since we had seen each other. The last time we spent time together was at my sister Amy's wedding. Wishing him continued adventures and happiness in his heavenly travels.

Mike is the brother of Lance Temby - good friend and hunting buddy of Al's. Mike recalls that Al was one of the nicest human beings on the planet.
He enjoyed every minute he was around him.
I have heard a lot about Al and Barb in the years I have known/been married to Mike.
We wish you peace and comfort during these difficult times. Know that many were touched by Al's presence on earth and that his presence in heaven can only help those left behind.

To the Grant Family you are all in my thoughts. Al was the bestman when Lee & I got married. What I remember is his big smile and his laugh. Lee and him joked alot. Now they both can be together in heaven. They can raise a little h--- up there. Carol Scheinoha

Holly and family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I fondly remember the times I spent with your family when you lived in Greenbush. I recall all the talking that our parents did while we played school and your big black dog (was he named Frisky?) walked around. I'm sure my dad Lee welcomed your dad once he arrived in heaven.
