Obituary of Shane William Rodriguez

Shane William Rodriguez, 36, Whitewater, passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.

Shane was born in Fort Atkinson, WI on July 13, 1987 to Roque and Rhonda (Riddle) Rodriguez.  He attended Whitewater High School and obtained his Associate Degree from Universal Technical Institute in Illinois.  He was an avid collector of Dragon Ball Z memorabilia, enjoyed playing video games and had a love for animals.

He is survived by his parents, Roque and Rhonda Rodriguez, Whitewater; sister Jaime (Charlie) Rortvedt, Deerfield; brother Michael Rodriguez Whitewater; neices and nephews Addison and Andrew Rortvedt, Quintin Edwards, Lucas, Havana and Alora Rodriguez; several aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents Victor and Mary Rodriguez, and Bill and Eunice Riddle; uncles Ken Riddle and Greg Jorgensen.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 1:00pm at Nitardy Funeral Home 550 N. Newcomb St. Whitewater, WI 53190.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00am until the time of the service.
