Obituary of Ann Marie Mould

Ann Marie Mould, age 69 of Fort Atkinson, passed away Thursday February 8, 2024, at the Beaver Dam Health Care Center.  She was born on September 16, 1954, in Fort Atkinson, daughter of the late Paul and Florence (Stauss) Schaffitzel.

Ann graduated from Jefferson High School in 1973, she was employed at Countryside Nursing home and the current Alden Estates as a Certified Nursing Assistant and a Activity Therapist for over 20 years.

She married Richard E. Mould in June of 1994; he preceded her in death in January of 2016.

Ann enjoyed baking, sewing, quilting, and gardening.  She was an avid Wisconsin Badgers fan.  She was a former member of St. John the Baptist Catholic church in Jefferson.

She is survived by her family, Son Jeff Hecht of Juneau and his daughter Mikayla Huebner-Hecht.  Stepdaughter, Rhona Charles of San Diego, CA, stepson, Paul (Kaye) Mould of New Berlin, and his children, Jeanna Hommel, Ashley Hommel, Gabrielle Mould, Haley Mould.  Sister Mary (Ron) Bowey of Palmyra, sister-in-law, Nicki Schaffitzel, many nieces, nephews and other relatives and many friends.   She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Richard, and her brother Jim Schaffitzel.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday February 13, 2024, at the Nitardy funeral home in Fort Atkinson at 12:00 noon.  A gathering time will be at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
