Obituary of Brenda Sue Hachtel

Brenda Sue Hachtel, 60, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2023, at Angel’s Grace Hospice with her son Kyle and sister Debbie at her side.

Brenda was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Jr, mother Lois, brother Gregory and niece Lydia Hachtel. She was the proud mother of Kyle (Sara) Courtier and Ryan Courtier and an even more proud grandmother to Georgia, Meric, Asher and Axel Courtier. 

Brenda is further survived by her sister Deborah Bowen, sister-in-law Melissa (Bill) Whitworth; nieces and nephews Lindsay (Tim) Dougherty, Taylor (Ethan) Janke, Jacob (Jodie) Hachtel and Madelyn (Mike) Brown. Along with her great nephews and nieces Ezra, Miles and Zara Janke, Honey Dougherty, and Aiden Hachtel. 

Visitation will be held at 12:00pm on Friday, September 1^st, 2023, at Nitardy Funeral Home in Fort Atkinson with service to follow at 1:00pm.
