Obituary of JJ Davey Jr

It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of James M Davey Jr (JJ) on Monday, September 19, 2022 at the young age of 27.  Our hearts are broken and we are struggling to understand but we know JJ is now at peace and we promise to hold him in our hearts and memories forever.  

JJ had a love of music, the collecting of shiny rocks, all things Harry Potter, and his family and friends including and especially the 4-legged kind. He was a beloved son, brother, grandchild, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend. 

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Charles and Grace Connolly, his paternal grandfather Gary Davey, and his two favorite “Good Boyos”, George and more recently Tank.

He is survived by his parents, Ellen Narkis and James (Sherry) Davey; his paternal grandmother Carol Davey; his siblings Randi (Paul) Roehl, Kensington Narkis, and Tyler Narkis; his uncle Michael (Carla) Connolly, his nephew and niece Optimus and Artemis Roehl; his cousins Wyatt, Emmett, and Mattie Connolly as well as the Narkis Family and numerous friends JJ considered family because JJ always believed family had to do with who was in your heart not who was related by blood.

There will be a small Graveside service held on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Busseyville Cemetery, Busseyville, Wisconsin directly before burial.  JJ is currently in the care of Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, 1008 Madison Ave., Fort Atkinson WI until that time.  The family intends on having a Celebration of Life at a future date.
