Obituary of Robert Loren Huber

Robert Loren Huber, age 70, of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at the Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. Robert was born in Galesburg, Illinois on March 22, 1943, the son of Robert Dean and Grace Isabelle (Spencer) Huber. He graduated from Blackburn College in Carlinville, Illinois. Robert served his country in the U.S. Army from 1965 until 1967. He began his career in banking in 1978 and was employed in 1986 by Premier Bank in Fort Atkinson until his retirement on December 31, 2012. On June 18, 1966, Robert married Caryn Winterton in Franklin Grove, Illinois. Robert was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Fort Atkinson and the Fort Atkinson Kiwanis Club. He enjoyed outdoor activities such as gardening, working out in the yard, hiking, biking, canoeing, camping, spending time at their cabin and listening to music. Surviving are: Wife: Caryn Huber, Fort Atkinson, WI, Three Sons:Trent (Laura)Huber,Waterman, IL, Corey (Anita) Huber, DeForest, WI., and Ryan (Nicole) Huber, Sun Praire,WI, Grandchildren: Shane, Hannah, Miranda, Mackenzie, Brittany, Josh, Annika, Henry Robert and Amaya, Siblings: Donald (Charlotte) Huber, Oswego, IL, Jackie (Leann) Huber, Sun Prairie, WI, William (Jill) Huber, Stillman Valley, IL, Jeffrey (Cathy) Huber, Bryon, IL, Susan (Terry) Mattes, Dixon, IL, Gloria (Michael) Ennenbach, Stillman Valley, IL, and Karl (Kelly) Huber, Murfreesburo, TN. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Friday, April 26, 2013, at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 314 Barrie Street, Fort Atkinson,WI with Rev. Bryan Engfer officiating. Friends may call on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at the Nitardy Funeral Home, Fort Atkinson, WI from 4-7pm and on Friday, April 26, 2013 at the church from 10am until the time of the services.
