Obituary of Mary C. Kisow

Mary C. Kisow, age 69 of Madison, formerly of Cambridge, Wisconsin passed away on Friday, May 24, 2013 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison, WI. She was born May 26, 1943 in London, Ontario, Canada the daughter of Harry and Mary (Treleaven) Peel. During her childhood and teenage years, Mary spent summers on Lake Ripley helping her grandparents operate summer cottages. Mary also enjoyed spending time at the lake and loved water-skiing and swimming. In October of 1966, while working at Judd's Supper Club, she met and later married Robert Philip Kisow. Mary was a loving wife and wonderful stay at home mom to their 3 children. She was an Avon Representative for 25 years to many friends in the Cambridge community, and recently has been a Beauty Consultant for Walgreens in McFarland. Mary loved entertaining and spending time with her family and friends. She really enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and going to their sporting events. Mary was loved deeply by her family, friends, and all who knew her. She is survived by her children: Cathie (Charles) Newman of Madison Barb (Nick) Ficarello of Manhattan, Illinois Paul Kisow of Madison 2 grandchildren: Nicole and Ryan Newman Brother: Robert (Jocie) Peel of London, Ontario Mary was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Bob, on January 17, 2002. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at Grace Lutheran Church in Cambridge with Rev. Dan Dibbert officiating. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 from 4-8 pm at the Nitardy Funeral Home in Cambridge, and also beginning at 10:00 am on Thursday at church.
