Obituary of Kenneth Alfred Heiser

Kenneth Alfred Heiser, age 75, of Stoughton, WI, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2013, at his home. Ken was born in the Town of Franklin, Wisconsin on September 18, 1937, the son of Roman and Caroline (Dischler) Heiser. He graduated from St. Luke's High School in Plain, Wisconsin in 1955. Ken served his country in the U.S. Navy. On October 31, 1987, Ken married Ann Kufahl Roberts at the London Moravian Church in London, Wisconsin. Ken worked as a pipe fitter for MG & E. He was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church in Cambridge, Wisconsin. Ken was an avid Packer fan and he enjoyed watching hometown baseball in Utica and gardening. He is survived by his wife; Ann Heiser, Stoughton, Children: Michelle (LeRoy) Heiser, Loganville, WI, Monique (Glen) Heiser-Wong, Chandler, AZ, Monica (Doug) Bair, Stoughton, WI, Sean (Sandra) Heiser, Edgerton, WI, Shane Heiser, Wisconsin Rapids, WI, and Richard (Kris) Roberts, Cambridge, WI, Twenty-one grandchildren, Eleven Great-grandchildren, Siblings: Melvin Heiser, Madison, WI, Marvin (Judy) Heiser, Madison, Valeria Griffith, Baraboo, WI, Carolyn (Elmer) Killian, Eagle, WI, and LeRoy (Michelle) Heiser, Loganville, WI. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews. Ken was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Bernard, Clarence, Viator, Victor, and Roman Heiser, Jr., sister Margaret Schara-Lucht, grandchildren: Virgil Roberts and Aaron Bair, and great-granddaughter Anabelle Bair. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at 12:00PM at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Cambridge, WI with Father Dave Timmerman celebrating. Family Interment will be at Roselawn Memorial Park, Monona, WI. Friends may call after 10AM on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at the church until the time of the Mass. Those planning an expression of sympathy, may wish to consider a memorial to St. Pius X Catholic Church, Cambridge, or to Agrace Hospice, Madison, WI.
