Obituary of Helen D. Langer

Helen "Hody" D. Langer, age 93, of Whitewater, WI passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at Fairhaven in Whitewater, Wisconsin. Helen was born in Marshall, Wisconsin on June 1, 1920, the daughter of Walter and Alice (Mullen) Langer. She graduated from Whitewater City High School. Helen worked as a seamstress for the Raincoat Factory in Whitewater. She loved to walk, read, and do crossword puzzles. Surviving are: her favorite nieces and nephews: Pat, Angie, Kathie, Dennis (Marta), and Lewis (Karen), and her friends: Ellie Fero, Lori Heindenreich, and Cecelia and Sid Krahn. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Angela, a brother Lewis, and nephews: Steven, Michael, and David. Per Helen's wishes no formal services will be held. The family would like to thank the caring staff at Fairhaven for the wonderful care they gave to Helen. The Nitardy Funeral Home, Whitewater is assisting the family.
