Obituary of Brian Curtis Waller

Brian Curtis Waller, age 68, of Urbana, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at the Rainbow Hospice Inpatient Center in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin after a brief battle with cancer. Brian was born in Rock Island, Illinois on August 11, 1944, the son of Curtis and Harriet (Murphy) Waller. After graduation from Geneseo High School, Brian worked at Midwest Stone Quarry and then at the Farmall Tractor Plant in Rock Island, Illinois where he served as a Union Steward for UAW Local 402. He then moved to Urbana, Ohio and worked at the Navistar Plant and retired in 2001. He was an avid lifelong collector of antique collectibles. Surviving are: Two sons: Bruce Waller, Fort Atkinson, WI and Troy (Tami) Waller, Geneseo, IL, Grandchildren: Brennan, Jacob, Lucas, and Hannah, Two step-sons: Derrick Gregory and Jason Stamper, and three step-grandchildren: Jazzmean, Sklyer, and Jason. Two sisters: Sharon (Dale) Casteel, Cambridge, IL and Donna Anderson, Auburn, SD. Brian was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Sue, sister Cassandra, and an infant brother Gregory. Memorial services to be determined by the family at a later date.
