Obituary of Marion Lauretta Bartman

Marion Lauretta Sandberg Bartman Passed away on July 15, 2013 at the Nazareth House in Stoughton, where she worked for 17 years until retiring in 2001. Born March 3rd, 1932 in the town of LaGrange Wisconsin near Whitewater to Harold and May Sandberg. Married Robert F Bartman on April 11, 1953 and began farming near Clinton and Edgerton WI. Marion came to know her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ in 1966 resulting in a changed life with many people impacted for Christ over the years. She invested her life in the lives of others and loved people. She lead women's Bible studies for many years. Marion was an excellent cook, gardener, and fisherman. While fishing with her family for many hours she often said "just one more cast" and usually caught the most fish. She is survived by her loving husband Bob, sister Helen Harter (Wayne), three children: Mike (Jennie), Joe (Jill), and Gail along with five grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, Harold and May Sandberg and her brother Herman. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 11AM at the Bible Baptist Church of Utica, 2095 Hwy W, Stoughton WI. Burial will be in the Albion Prairie Cemetery in the Town of Albion, Wisconsin. Friends may call after 10AM on Saturday at the church until the time of the services.
