Obituary of Elsie Florence Kyle

Elsie F. Kyle, age 93, of Fort Atkinson passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2013 at Wellington Meadows Assisted Living. Elsie was born on February 2, 1920 in Whitewater, WI to Frederick and Pauline (Luther) Doetze. She graduated from Whitewater High School . On June 20, 1943 Elsie married Robert Kyle at 1st English Lutheran Church in Whitewater. He preceded her in death on October 3, 1998. She worked for over 30 years for Thomas Industries in Fort Atkinson. Elsie was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church where she sang in the choir. She enjoyed camping, knitting and she loved her grandchildren. She is survived by her two sons; Robert (Pat) Kyle and Richard (Linda) Kyle all of Fort Atkinson, Grandchildren; Amy (Barry) Sexton, Robert Kyle, Nicole (Joe Mildenstein) Kyle, Great-Grandchildren; Braedon and Tyler Sexton, Taylor Kyle, Alyssa Mildenstein, Autum Thiele, Sister, Gladys Gutzmer of California and many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, Grand Daughter, Kristine Kyle and Brothers; Frederick, Ervin and William. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at 11:00am at Bethany Lutheran Church, Fort Atkinson with Rev. Ethan Steinbrenner and Rev. Steven Wilkens officiating. Internment will take place following the service at Evergreen Cemetery, Fort Atkinson. Friends may call from 10am on Thursday at Bethany until the time of the service.
