Obituary of Michael Alan Vieth

Michael "Mike" Alan Vieth, age 67, of Whitewater, WI passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at the Agrace HospiceCare Inc. in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. Mike was born in Hillsboro, Wisconsin on January 11, 1946, the son of Levi and Lucille (Olsen) Vieth. He graduated from Royall High School in 1964. On April 30, 1966, Mike married Donna Webster at St. John's Lutheran Church in Kendall, Wisconsin. Mike worked as a Dental Ceramist for 37 years. Mike was a former member of the Eastside Lutheran Church in Madison, WI, the Lord of Love Lutheran Church in DeForest, WI and a current member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Whitewater, WI. Mike collected marbles and enjoyed fishing. He was a fan of the Brewers, Packers, Badgers, and Bucks. He enjoyed playing with his grandkids, traveling, and watching sports on TV. Surviving are: Wife: Donna Vieth, Whitewater, WI, Two Sons: Todd (Sandy) Vieth, Milton, WI, and Scott (Val) Vieth, Elkhorn, WI, Grandchildren: Cody, Cheyenne, and Erin, Two Sisters: Nancy (Ted) Bohatschek, McFarland, WI, and Patricia Warren, Elroy, WI, Brother: Charles Vieth, Nekoosa, WI, Two Sisters-in-law: Ginny Vieth, Madison, WI, and Sue Vieth Hastings, Elroy, WI, Three Brothers-in-law: Dennis (Terri) Webster, Bloomer, WI, Michael (Karen) Webster, Dane, WI, and Pat (Lindy) Webster, Rio and Sister-in-Law: Monica Webster, Madison, WI. He is further survived by nieces nephews, other relatives and friends. Mike was preceded in death by his loving mother and father and a brother Ron Vieth. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, November 27, 2013, at 11:00AM at St. John's Lutheran Church, 116 S. Church Street, Whitewater, WI with Pastor Jonathan Rossman officiating. Burial will be in the East Richmond Cemetery, Town of Richmond, Wisconsin. Friends may call from 5-8PM on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at the Nitardy Funeral Home, 550 N. Newcomb St., Whitewater, WI and after 10AM on Wednesday at the church until the time of the services.
