Obituary of Harold Francis Andrews

Harold Francis Andrews, age 82, of Fort Atkinson, WI passed away on June 14, 2014 at Alden Estates of Jefferson. Harold was born on October 4, 1931 in Chicago, Illinois to William and Augusta (Mauer) Andrews. Harold proudly served our Country in the Air Force, serving in Korea. On June 19, 1954 he married Helga Becht in Chicago, IL. Helga preceded him in death on December 18, 2003 after 49 � years of marriage. Harold loved to hunt and fish, and very much enjoyed meeting �the gang� at McDonalds for coffee. Surviving are, son: Harold D. Andrews of Janesville; daughters: Rosemarie (Kieth) Conroy, Edgerton, Judy Ann (Richard) Packard, Cambridge, Maureen (Jeff) Nielsen, Denver, CO, and Joann (Jeff) Helgestad, Cambridge; son: John (Holly) Andrews, Fort Atkinson; 13 grandchildren: Timothy, Dave, Brooke, Tye, Derek, Sarah, Charles �C.J�, Ashley, Erich, Jenna, Jared, Cameron, and Katheryn; great-grandchildren: Carrie, Gerry, Maya, and Baby T. Harold was preceded in death by his parents, wife, 3 brothers, and 1 sister. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 11am at Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, Fort Atkinson, WI. Friends may call on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at the funeral home from 6-8pm and on Thursday from 10am until the time of service at the funeral home.
