Obituary of Stacy Lynn Heusinkveld

Stacy Lynn Heusinkveld, age 41, of Fort Atkinson, WI passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2014 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota. Stacy was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on June 10, 1973, the daughter of Ronald and Julia (Jackson) Zielinski. She graduated from St. Mary's Academy in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and received bachelor's degrees from Alverno College and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. On May 18, 1996, Stacy married Jakin L. Heusinkveld in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Surviving are: Husband: Jakin L Heusinkveld, Fort Atkinson, WI, Two Daughters: Christianna and Anja, Father: Ronald Zielinski, Caledonia, WI, and Brother: Garrett (Jill) Zielinski, Fitchburg, WI. Stacy was preceded in death by her mother. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, December 13, 2014, at 3:00 PM at the Whitewater Family Church, 1540 W. Walworth Ave., Whitewater, WI. with Pastor Michael Lema officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. Visitation will be from 5-7PM on Friday, December 12, 2014 at the Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, 550 N. Newcomb Street, Whitewater, WI
