Obituary of Linda Kay Roloff

Linda Kay Roloff, age 61 of Orlando, Florida, formerly of Whitewater, Wisconsin, passed away on Christmas Day in Janesville, Wisconsin. Linda was born on November 18, 1953 in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, the beloved daughter of Eric Fredrick and Marjorie Alice (Papcke) Roloff. Linda graduated from Whitewater High School in 1972 and then completed Cosmetology School. She moved to Florida in 1974 where she started working as a bartender. Then on to owning and operating her house cleaning business. Like a true Floridian, she loved its� warmth, the sandy beaches, and the roaring surf. Her joy of life led her to be the best tour guide for family and friends at the multitude of amusement parks there. Her favorites were, the "Tower of Terror" at Hollywood Studios and of course, Disney World. Linda was a kind, loving woman who enjoyed helping others and taking care of those in need. She had a terrific sense of humor and was loved by all. Linda�s greatest loves were her two companions: Studley and Whitney. She loved her little dogs. She is survived by her parents Eric and Marjorie in Whitewater, WI; two brothers: Frederick (Brenda) Roloff, Fort Wayne, IN; and Curtis Roloff, Wolcottville, IN; a sister: Brenda (Brian) Neumeister, Whitewater, WI; nieces: Katie, Bobbie, Arin; nephews: Keith and Timothy; two great nephews: Joseph and Jayson. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 2pm, at the Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, 550 N. Newcomb Street, Whitewater, WI with Pastor Jonathan Rossman officiating. A future interment will be in the Hillside Cemetery, Whitewater, Wisconsin. Visitation will be after 1pm on Saturday, January 3, 2015, until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 120 South Church Street, Whitewater, WI 53190. The family is much in debt to those who cared for Linda.
