Obituary of Michele Rose Vance

Michele "Shelly" R Vance, age 47, of Fort Atkinson, WI passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at her home. Shelly was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on March 14, 1967, the daughter of Ralph and Carol Nadine (Frimark) Miller. She graduated from Riverside High School in Milwaukee, WI. On July 15, 2005, Shelly married Roger A. Vance at the Star Valley Campground in La Farge, WI. Shelly spent her life caring for others. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, and loved the outdoors and camping. Surviving are: Husband: Roger A Vance, Fort Atkinson, WI, Children: Jason A. Vance, Fort Atkinson, WI, Connie M. (Drew) Hilton, Milton, WI, Diane E. Vance, Reeseville, WI, Kelly J. Vance, Fort Atkinson, WI, and Isaiah G. (Kate) Vance, Whitewater, WI, Grandchildren: Patience, Raven, Lilly, Emily, Scottie, and Will, Mother: Carol Miller, Milwaukee, WI, and Two sisters: Nicole (Brian) Gmach, Milwaukee, WI, and Katie (Brian) Hansen, Milwaukee, WI. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Shelly was preceded in death by her father Ralph Miller. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, February 12, 2015, at 4:00 PM at the Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, 1008 Madison Ave., Fort Atkinson, WI Rev. Russell Frees Jr. officiating. Burial will be in the Bear Creek Cemetery, La Farge, Wisconsin. Visitation will be from 2PM to 4PM on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at the Nitardy Funeral Home, Fort Atkinson until the time of the services.
