Obituary of Guadalupe Alvarado

Guadalupe �Lupe� Alvarado, age 49, of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at the home of his mother in Fort Atkinson. Guadalupe was born in Waukegan, Illinois on October 15, 1965, the son of Carolina (Alvarado) Mayans. Guadalupe was preceded in death by his grandparents: Juan and Julia Alvarado, uncle: Hector Alvarado and cousins: Holly Alvarado, Roberto Montemayor, and Christopher Alvarado. Guadalupe is survived by his mother: Carolina (Reynaldo) Mayans, sister: Elizabeth (Lorenzo) Hernandez, brother: Reynaldo �R.J.� Mayans, nephews: Jesse Alvarado and Lorenzo Hernandez Jr., niece: Rosalinda Hernandez, best friend: John �Johnny Bravo� Merrill, his dog: Piper, uncles: Juan (Vicki) Alvarado Jr., Raul (Joan) Alvarado, Jose (Patti) Alvarado, Gilberto (Lynnette) Alvarado, Alberto Alvarado, and Tomas Alvarado, Aunts: Zuelma Montemayor, and Margaretta (Andres) Sanchez, cousins, and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30AM on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1660 Endl Blvd, Fort Atkinson, WI with Father Brian Wilk celebrating. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Fort Atkinson, WI. Friends may call after 10AM on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church until the time of the Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the family. The Nitardy Funeral Home, Fort Atkinson, WI is assisting the family.
