Obituary of Carol Jeanne Wendt

Carol J.Wendt age 78, of Fort Atkinson, WI died on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Jefferson Memory Care surrounded by her family. She was born March 17, 1937 in Watertown, WI the daughter of Gerald F. Barlow and Violet Schweder Barlow Hall. Carol grew up in Fort Atkinson and was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church. She was a graduate of Fort Atkinson High School in 1955. Carol married Raymond Wendt on June 14, 1966. Carol enjoyed time spent with her family as well as crafts, ceramics, and her cat Penny. She is survived by her husband Raymond of Fort Atkinson. 4 children:���������� Wendy (Robert) Chady of Fort Atkinson Patricia (Michael) Jensen of Plymouth, MN Tammy (Tom) of Olson of Fort Atkinson Michael (Richele) Wendt of Fort Atkinson Grandchildren: Jamie (Mike) Vix, Brandon (Jenny) La Rue, Dustin LaRue, Morgan Schiferl, Mallory Schiferl, Owen Chady, Mackenzie Chady, Ryan (Kaylee) Jensen, Elliott Jensen, Seth Jensen, Aaron Wendt, and Evan Wendt. 7 Great Grandchildren Brother: Steven (Donna) Barlow of Lake Mills Sister: Janice Alexander of Fort Atkinson Carol was preceded in death by her father Gerald Barlow Sr.; mother Violet Hall; stepfather Ralph Hall; a daughter Christy K. LaRue; a sister Deanna L. Hall; and a brother Gerald Barlow Jr. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a memorial in her name to Jefferson County Humane Society or Rainbow Hospice.
