Obituary of Michele Marie Peternell

Michele Marie Peternell, age 63, of Milton, WI passed away on Tuesday, June 02, 2015. Michele was born in Shakopee Minnesota to Dr. Herbert Ferdinand Peternell and Josephine( Ward) Peternell. She received her Masters Degree in Social Work From UW Whitewater, and later retired from Beloit Health and Rehabilitation Center. Michele loved playing with her great nieces and nephews . She enjoyed volunteering and the outdoors and animals. Michele is survived by: Sister-in-law - Pamela Peternell, Fort Atkinson, WI Nephew - Curtis (Sara) Peternell, Kansas City, KS Niece - Emily (Jason) Smith, Cross Plains, WI Nephew - Kevin Pitts, Birmingham, AL Nephew - Bryan-Douglas Pitts, Pittsburgh, PA Brother-in-law - Bryan Pitts, Birmingham, AL. Many other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by : Her Parents, a sister Margaret Pitts, and a brother Gregory Peternell. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11: 30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2015�at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1660 Endl Blvd. Fort Atkinson WI. 53538 with Fr. Brian Wilk celebrating. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. Visitation will be at the Church on Tuesday June 9,2015 from 10:30 a.m. until the time of Mass.
