Obituary of Austin Morris Goodwin

Austin Morris Goodwin, Jr. age 57, of Whitewater, WI passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at the Mercy Hospital in Janesville, Wisconsin with family at his side. Austin was born on September 8, 1958, the son of Austin M. and Joan P. (Weldon) Goodwin Sr. On July 11, 1986, Austin married Patricia Arved Toffel. Austin was proud to be involved with his son in Boy Scouting. Austin was an avid outdoors man enjoying camping, fishing, hunting and being at one with the outdoors. He worked for ECM in Elkhorn, Wisconsin and Life Fitness in Delavan, Wisconsin. Austin enjoyed helping people. Surviving are: Son: Austin M. Goodwin III, Whitewater, WI, Brother: Greg (Donna) Goodwin, of Illinois and Sister: Cindy Goodwin of Illinois. As well as countless brother & sister in laws, nieces and nephews. Austin was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Patricia. Funeral Services will be held Friday, June 26, 2015, at 3:30 PM at the Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, 550 N. Newcomb Street, Whitewater, WI. Visitation will be after 2:00PM on Friday, June 26, 2015 at the funeral home until the time of the services.
