Obituary of Joyce Doris Hendrix

Joyce Doris (Cook) Hendrix died on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Golden Living Senior Home in Fort Atkinson, WI following an extended illness. Joyce was born on May 27, 1936. She graduated from Stoughton High School in 1954. She married Robert Hendrix on February 14, 1959 in Chicago, Ill. She lived most of her adult life in Rockdale, WI where her greatest joy was being the proud grandma to her eight grandchildren. She is survived by her three daughters; Susan (Charles) Gyrion, Fond Du Lac, Patricia (Dean) Lackas, Theresa, WI, and �Kathryn (David) Jameson, Cambridge, 8 Grandchildren; Denise and Bryan Lackas, Benjamin, Carolyn, Whitney, Jacob, Jeremy and Grant Jameson, Brother, James (Kathryn) Cook, Zephyr Hills, FL. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Brother, Stanley Cook and her mother, Jeanette Cook. Funeral Services will by held on Friday, January 22, 2016 at 1:00pm at the Nitardy Funeral Home, 208 N. Park St., Cambridge, WI. with Rev. Richard Dowling officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 12:00pm until the time of services.
