Obituary of Martin Levi Kisheaway
Martin Levi KISHEAWAY, age 67, of Madison, Wisconsin, passed away, Tuesday, April 14, 2009, at the HospiceCare Center in Fitchburg surrounded by his family.
�Martin was born on January 12, 1942 to Katherine (Kisheaway) Pete. He was a victim of Cerebral Palsy from birth.� Martin was a member of the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa/Chippewa Indians.� He loved participating in the Special Olympics and enjoyed Summer Camp.� He enjoyed country music, board games, bowling and video games. Family gatherings were very important to him.
�Surviving are: Sister: Marion Roberta Snyder, Sister-in-Law: Paula Pete, lots of nieces and nephews, and a special friend Rhonda.
�Martin was preceded in death by his mother, Katherine Kisheaway Pete, his step-father Dennis Pete, and his brother Elroy Jerome Pete.
�Funeral Services will be held Thursday, April 16, 2009, at 1:00PM at the Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, Cambridge, Wisconsin.� Burial will be in the Lake Ripley Cemetery, Cambridge, Wisconsin.
�Friends may call after 11:00AM on Thursday at the funeral home until the services.� The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Hospice Center.
