Obituary of Betty I Grosskreutz

Betty I. GROSSKREUTZ, age 88, of Whitewater, Wisconsin, paassed away on Sunday, October 25, 2009, at the Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital. Betty was born in Heart Prairie, Wisconsin on April 20, 1921, the daughter of Joseph and Katherine (Foote) Hemlock. She graduated from Whitewater High School. On July 22, 1946, Betty married John Grosskreutz Sr. John preceded her in death on February 10, 1975. Betty worked as a clerk at "The Station" in Whitewater, Wisconsin. Betty was a long time community resident who enjoyed the company of friends and family. �Surviving are: Two Children: John (Paula Zwieg) Grosskreutz Jr., Whitewater, WI, and Judy (Ned) Lee, Whitewater, WI, Four Grandchildren: J.J. Grosskreutz, Madison, WI, Karen Grosskreutz, Portland, Or, Kelly Grosskreutz, Little Chute, WI, and Nick (Bridget) Lee, Whitewater, WI, Two Great-Grandchildren: Alex and Makenna, Brother: Robert Hemlock, Phillips, WI, and Sister-in-Law: JoAnne Hemlock, Rockford, IL. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother Bill Hemlock and sisters: Isabelle and Elizabeth. Private Family Services will be held.
