Obituary of Clara Meisner

Clara Meisner of Janesville passed away at Rock Haven nursing facility, Janesville on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at age 90. She was born in Sheboygan WI, to Peter and Elizabeth (Greif) Meissner on January 7, 1919. Clara enjoyed gardening, baking, and loved music. She is survived by her Son Robert (Janice) Kreiser of Indiana, Granddaughter Nanette Kreiser of Delaware, a Brother Perter Meisner of Milwaukee, and two Sisters Alice Hartmann of Fort Atkinson and Dorothy Eggert of Pennsylvania. Clara was preceded in death by three brothers Al, Art, and Henry Meisner, a sister Lydia Elsesser and a Grandson Joel of Tomah WI. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, November 10 at 11:00 a.m. at the Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel in Whitewater with Rev. David Brynelson officiating. Friends may call at 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will take place at Hillside Cemetery, Whitewater. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Rock Haven and HospiceCare Inc. for the care and compassion they shared with Clara.
