Obituary of Richard Allen Fero

Richard Allen FERO, age 71, of Whitewater, Wisconsin, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2010, at his home. �Richard was born in Milton, Wisconsin on January 12, 1938, the son of Claude and Dorothy (Matzke) Fero. He graduated from Whitewater High School. On February 23, 1957, Richard married Beverly Floerke at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church in Whitewater. Richard worked for Whitewater Manufacturing for over 20 years and 20 years for the City of Whitewater as superintendant for the water department. Richard was a member of the First English Lutheran Church in Whitewater for 52 years. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, watching NASCAR and the Packers, loved dogs and could fix anything. He was always saying "I have a good deal for you." �Surviving are: Wife: Beverly Fero, Whitewater, WI, Two Sons: Brian (Debbie) Fero, Evanston, IL, and: Rick Fero, Brea, CA, Daughter: Cindy (Brad) Halfmann, Delavan, WI, Grandchildren: Trevor, Colin, Alyson, Lindsay, Megan, and Dustin Fero and Andy and Amanda Halfmann, Great-Grandchild: Madison Maassen, Brother: Russell Fero, Whitewater, WI, and Sister: Susan Fero, Whitewater, WI. �Richard was preceded in death by his parents. �Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 15, 2010, at 11:00AM at the First English Lutheran Church, Whitewater, Wisconsin with Rev. Steven Hanson and Rev.
