Obituary of Marion S. Hunsader

Marion S. HUNSADER, age 92, died peacefully in her sleep on Friday, May 21, 2010, at Huntington Place in Janesville, WI. Marion was born in Keenesburg, CO on April 28, 1918, the daughter of Edward J. and Clara M.(Fox) Schey. On October 12, 1957, Marion married Roland Wenzel Hunsader at St. Raphael�s Cathedral in Madison, WI. Roland preceded her in death on September 29, 2006. She graduated from Madison Business College and was one of the first women to be licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of Wisconsin. During her career she was primarily employed by Ronald Mattox and Associates, of Monona, and by Graber Drapery Hardware Co. of Middleton. Marion was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fort Atkinson and was active for many years in it�s St. Ann Society. Surviving are daughter Karen (Thomas) Schweizer, Oconomowoc; son Gregory (Gretchen) Hunsader, Janesville; daughter Ann (Robert) Feucht, East Troy; son: Joseph E. Hunsader, Arlington, VA; sisters Mabel Kuharski, Monona, and Irene Schey, Brookfield and sister-in-law: Laura Schey, Sun Prairie. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren, and by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Emden Schey, sister Gladys Martinelli, and two infant brothers, Henry and William. Mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday, May 26, 2010, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Fort Atkinson, at 11:30 a.m. with burial in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 25, 2010, at the Nitardy Funeral Home, Fort Atkinson from 6-8 p.m. and at the church on Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of Mass. Those wishing an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a memorial to the St. Joseph Catholic School general fund.
