Obituary of Victoria Ann Jones

Victoria Ann JONES, age 61, of Jefferson, Wisconsin, passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2010, at her home. Victoria was born in West Allis, Wisconsin on October 14, 1949, the daughter of Everett and Dolores (Sorenson) Calhoun. She graduated from Cambridge High School in 1967. On August 2, 1992, Victoria married Robert Dennis Jones in Jefferson, Wisconsin. She enjoyed volunteering her time with the Community Service Program(CSP). Hobbies included bird watching and she loved to sing and act as a young adult. She was also the 2010 torch bearer for Tomorrow's Hope. Surviving are: Husband: Robert Jones, Jefferson, WI, Three Daughters: Tonia (Robert) Rainier, Clarksville, TN, Tracy Christianson, Jefferson, WI, and Trista (Kevin) Pitzen, Pardeeville, WI, Step-Daughter: Robin (Mike) Kallberg, St. Louis , MO, Grandchildren: Robert Jr., Chloe and Michael , Step-Granddaughter: Isabella Kallberg, Three Sisters: Sandra (Conrad) Bender, Fort Atkinson, WI, Diane Simdon, Madison, WI, and Catherine (Allen) Howe, Kroghville, WI, and a Brother: Everett Duane Calhoun, Janesville, WI. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Victoria was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Linda Calhoun, a brother Glen Calhoun, and her son Jon "Little Jon" Christianson. The family would like to express deep appreciation to Rainbow Hospice and especially: Kathy, Denise and Lisa. Memorial Services will be held Sunday, December 19, 2010, at 2:00PM at the Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin with Father Thomas Coyle officiating. Friends may call after Noon on Sunday, December 19, 2010 at the funeral home until the services.
