Obituary of Edward John Jesowshek

Edward John JESOWSHEK, age 88, of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 16, 2011 during a family vacation at Lake Puckaway, Wisconsin. Edward was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on November 8, 1922, the son of Symon and Maria (Onich) Jesowshek. He served his country in the U.S. Army. On July 7, 1945, Edward married Marie Clara Syversen at St. Leo's Catholic Church in Milwaukee. Marie preceded him in death on February 25, 2005. Edward worked as a machinist, retiring in February of 1985. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fort Atkinson. Edward enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. Surviving are: His Children: Edward Gordon Jesowshek, Fort Atkinson, WI, Susan Mary Fraiser, Fort Atkinson, WI, and Jeanne Dolores (Gene) Weber, Fort Atkinson, WI, Son-in-Law: Thomas Herboek, Grafton, WI, Grandchildren: Michael, Barbara, Jeanne Marie, David, Cynthia, and Ronald, and Great-Grandchildren: Taylor, Rebecca, Anthony, Cole, Derek, Alexis, Brett, Chloe, Caleb, Hannah, & Jocelyn. Edward was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Marie, Daughter Carole Herboek, and grandson Jeffery Werner. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, June 25, 2011, at 12:00PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin with Father Jay Poster celebrating. Interment will be in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. Friends may call from 5-7PM on Friday, June 24, 2011 at the Nitardy Funeral Home, Fort Atkinson, WI, with a time of sharing of memories beginning at 7PM.
