Obituary of Lucille Clara Pollock

Lucille Clara POLLOCK, age 96, of Hebron, Wisconsin, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2011, at Wellington Place in Fort Atkinson, WI. Lucille was born in Milton, Wisconsin on May 18, 1915, the daughter of Edward and Emma (Fox) Kraus. On July 27, 1935, Lucille married Muriel Pollock in Illinois. Muriel preceded her in death on August 11, 1979. Lucille resided in Hebron most of her life. She was a foreman in the sewing department at Schweiger Industries for 25 years, retiring in 1976. Lucille was a member of the Hebron United Methodist Church. She enjoyed quilting and craft work. Lucille made over 25 quilts for the church along with other crafts. Surviving are: Siblings: Marge Landowski, Fort Atkinson, WI, Lois Kraehnke, Jefferson, WI, Delores (Earl) Topel, Lake Mills, WI, Margaret Richardson, Milton, WI, and Claude (Janet) Kraus, Fort Atkinson, WI. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers: Allen Kraus, Lyle Kraus and Wally Kraus and three sisters: Isabelle Genke, Mildred Bartels, and Ione Blume. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, June 28, 2011, at 11:00AM at the Hebron United Methodist Church with burial in the Hebron Cemetery, Hebron, Wisconsin. Friends may call after 9:30AM on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at the church until the services. The Nitardy Funeral Home is assisiting the family.
