Obituary of Denise Ellen Hill

Denise Ellen (Schattner) HILL, age 46, of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, lost her courageous battle with cancer on Monday, June 27, 2011. Denise was born in Burlington, Wisconsin on January 4, 1965, the daughter of Dennis David and Judith Ann (Lucas) Schattner. On September 29, 1990, Denise married Jeffrey Alan Hill at St. Ann's Church in Milwaukee. Denise had a passion for travel, loved the outdoors, and enjoyed spending time with family, friends and her dog, Jewel. Denise is survived by husband Jeff Hill, Elkhorn, WI, parents Dennis and Judith Schattner, brothers Phillip (Lana) Schattner and Andrew Schattner, and grandmother Ceceilia Lucas. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and other relatives and good friends. Denise will be remembered and deeply missed by all of us whose lives she touched with her radiant beauty and strength. A memorial visitation will be held Saturday July 2, 2011, from 2 PM, until the time of the service (4PM) at the Heritage Funeral Home, 9200 S. 27th Street, Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
