Obituary of Lyle B. Dickhut

Lyle �Sonny� B. Dickhut, age 72, Jefferson, WI passed away on July 4, 2011, unexpectedly at Meriter Hospital in Madison. �He was born to Lenora Geissler and Oliver Dickhut on March 3, 1939 in Helenville. He married Janice M. Traeder on July 27, 1963, at St. Peters Ev. Lutheran Church in Helenville, WI. He was employed at Arrow Inc. for seven years, Schweiger Industries for thirty five and a half years, Foremost Buildings, Inc. for five years and Walmart for three years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren, going to NTPA and Badger State Truck & Tractor Pulls, and polka music/dancing. He liked to tell jokes and make people laugh. Being a handyman, he enjoyed making and fixing things to perfection and had a very inventive mind. He is survived by his wife: Janice, Jefferson, WI, and son: Todd (Theresa), Columbus, WI, grandchildren: Katelyn, Dakota, and Dylan, 3 sisters: Ruth Magritz, Jefferson, Florence (Ken) Pugh, Jefferson, and Gladys Floerke, Fort Atkinson, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers-in-law: Harold Magritz, Jefferson, and Norm Floerke, Fort Atkinson, and 2 nephews: Dennis Pugh and Brett Magritz, both of Jefferson. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 8, 2011 at 6 PM at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Johnson Creek, with Rev. Richard Pagels officiating. Visitation will be from 4 PM until the time of service at the church. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, Johnson Creek, WI.
