Obituary of Vicky Emma Blank

Vicky (Maudie) Emma BLANK, age 84, of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2011, at her home. Vicky was born in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin on June 29, 1927, the daughter of Ragnelad and Mary (Wornson) Larson. On December 20, 1947, Vicky married Eugene Blank. Vicky loved being a volunteer at the Fort Memorial Hospital Coffee Shop and she greatly enjoyed making dolls. Surviving are: Husband: Eugene Blank, Fort Atkinson, WI, Son: Larry (Carol) Blank, Fort Atkinson, WI, Son: David Blank, Trinidad, CO, Daughter: Vicky (John) Briggs, Janesville, WI, Daughter-in-Law: Teri Blank, Parker, CO, Grandchildren: Bridgette Redenius, Hunter Blank, Erin Jones, Dustin Blank, Rachael Briggs, Jessica Inwood, and Nathan Briggs, Sister-in-Law: Sonia Larson, Waldo, WI. Barb Linse, Helenville, WI., Joyce Blank, Waterloo, WI., She is further survived by 8 Great Grandkids, and a number of nieces and nephews. Vicky was preceded in death by her parents, Sisters: Marion Krebs, Vi Giligan, and Margaret Steindl and Brothers: Roy Larson and Grear Larson. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, October 20, 2011, at 2:00PM at the Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, Fort Atkinson with Hospice Chaplain Sister Shannon Finger officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. Friends may call after 1PM on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at the Funeral Home until the services.
