Obituary of Thomas E. Bolduc

Dr. Thomas E. Bolduc, age 83 of Whitewater, passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at St. Mary�s Hospital in Madison. He was born in Skowhegan, Maine on August 28, 1928, the son of Thomas and Marie (Turcotte) Bolduc. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1946-1948 as a Class A Radio Operator. He married Marilyn Jean Henderson in Pasadena, CA on September 2, 1950. She preceded him in death on January 15, 2005. Tom received his Bachelors of Science in Psychology from University of Redlands, his Masters in Psychology from Boston University, and then completed his Doctorate of Psychology at Penn State University. He began work at Wales School for Boys. In 1966 he moved his family to Whitewater and became a professor at UW-Whitewater. Tom developed the campus counseling center which he served as director. He also practiced clinical psychology at his office in Janesville. After retiring in 1990 he enjoyed more time at his cottage in Shawano, WI, his cat Boo, and faithfully continued Bible study. He was a member of Faith Community Church in Fort Atkinson. Tom is survived by his daughter Andrea (David Olp) Rogala of Whitewater. Two sons: Jeffrey (Vickie) Bolduc of Jefferson City, TN Gregory (Desma) Bolduc of Dyer, IN Two Grandchildren: Neil and Leslie Bolduc Brother: Robert Bolduc of Skowhegan, Maine and a Sister: Sally Boardman of Scarborough, Maine Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at Faith Community Church in Fort Atkinson. Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
