Obituary of Helen L. Grosskoph

Helen L. Grosskoph, age 99, of Oak Hill, passed away Saturday October 29, 2011 at the Golden Living Home, Fort Atkinson, WI. Born to Theodore and Louise (Bloede) Peschke February 15, 1912 in Oshkosh, WI. She married Arnold Grosskoph May 21, 1931 in Milwaukee, WI. She worked at Thomas Industries for fifteen years, and later was janitorial lady at Lad Lake Boys home in Dousman, WI for eleven years. Arn and Helen farmed for many years. Helen retired in 1976 and enjoyed making many various crafts. Surviving are one half brother, Ronald Peschke, Oregon; one daughter: Ruth (Alvin) Falk, Cambridge, WI; two grandchildren David (Mary) Falk, Thomas Falk, Cambridge, WI; ten great grandchildren Matthew Falk, Newville; Danielle Falk, Cambridge; T. Nathan Falk, Waukesha; Christofer Falk, Oshkosh; Sherrie Falk, Reedsburg; Nicholas Falk, Iowa; Sarah (Miller) Gomal, Belleville; Katherine (Justin) Urso, Madison; Rachel (Kip) Wright, Wisconsin Dells; Kimberly Miller, Stoughton; two great great grandchildren Austin Miller, Belleville; Alec Wright, Wisconsin Dells; and many nieces and nephews. Helen�s husband passed away on October 1992. Also preceding her in death are her parents, two brothers Edwin and Clarence, one half brother Denver, and one half sister Dorothy, a granddaughter Yvonne (Falk) Miller, and two great grandchildren Kevin Falk and Domonic Urso. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, November 3, 2011 at 11:30AM at the Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, Fort Atkinson, WI with Rev. Laura Nordstrom officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery-Oak Hill, Palmyra, WI. Friends may call after 9:30AM on Thursday at the funeral home until the services. Memorials may be made to the Pleasant Valley Church or to Lakeside Lutheran High School.
