Obituary of William Arthur Krigbaum

William �Bill� Arthur KRIGBAUM, age 81, of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2011, at his home. Bill was born in Madison, Wisconsin on November 28, 1929, the son of Jacob "Jake" Welty and G. Sadelle (Buckley Krigbaum-Martin-Lietzau) Krigbaum. He attended Poynette Elementary School and graduated in 1947 from Poynette High School. He served his country in the U.S. Army. On November 8, 1952, Bill married Nadine Rose Smith at the Zion Lutheran Church in Arlington, Wisconsin. Bill drove Semi-truck for 40 years for Frito Lay. Bill was a member of Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church in Fort Atkinson. He was a former member of the Boy Scouts, the Zion Ev. Lutheran Church in Arlington, WI, St. Matthews Lutheran Church, Janesville, WI, the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Beloit, WI and the New Life Lutheran Church in Rockford, IL. �Surviving are: Wife: Nadine Krigbaum, Fort Atkinson, WI, Children: Randall (Janet) Krigbaum, Arlington, WI, Bruce (Joni) Krigbaum, Poynette, WI, Thomas (Lori) Krigbaum, Culpepper, VA, Kerry (Cindy) Krigbaum, South Beloit, IL, and DiAnn Krigbaum, Byron, IL, Twelve Grandchildren and Thirteen Great-Grandchildren, Two sisters: Betty Donner, Columbus, WI and Mary Gorman, Poynette, WI, and his aunt: Marilyn Eggleston, Pardeville, WI. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, his twin sister, Gladys Robbins, a sister Jacqueline Krigbaum, and brothers-in-law: John Rowe, Marlow Yerges, Fred Donner, and John Gorman. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 11:30AM at Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church, Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin with Rev. Ethan Steinbrenner and Rev. Steven Wilkens officiating. Friends may call after 9:00AM on Saturday at the Church until the services. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a memorial to Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church, Fort Atkinson.
