Obituary of Roger Allen Klusmeyer

Roger Allen KLUSMEYER, age 82, of Whitewater, Wisconsin, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2011, surrounded by his family. Roger was born on December 10, 1928 in Wilmington City, Illinois, the son of Lloyd Allen and Jessie M. (Janes) Klusmeyer. �He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Roger worked as a bulk milk hauler for Findlay Milk Haulers and others for 40 years. Roger was talented with his hands, enjoyed carpentry, traveling, military and American history, photography, his friends at the Senior Center, Wii bowling, Wisconsin sports, and helping others. He loved his grandchildren and was always up for a good backyard party. Surviving are his daughter: Gail (Alan) Dallman of Edgerton; sons: Curt Klusmeyer of Evansville, Forrest Klusmeyer of Sarasota FL; brother: Calvin Klusmeyer of Curtis MI; grandchildren: Michele (Ryan) Broderick, Meagan Dallman, Zachary Dallman, David and Jennifer Klusmeyer; one great grandchild: Morgann Broderick; and good friend Gretchen Barth. Roger was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Dorothy Masterson and significant other, Claire Sukowski. Funeral Services will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at Nitardy Funeral Home 550 North Newcomb St. Whitewater WI 53190. Friends may call from 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 until the time of service at Nitardy Funeral Home. Inurnment will take place Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at Maple Hill Cemetery, Evansville, WI at 10:00 a.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a memorial to Agrace Hospice Care, 3001 W.
