Obituary of Ann Carol Kisow

Ann Carol KISOW, age 78, of Cambridge, Wisconsin, passed away on Monday, January 2, 2012, at the University Hospital & Clinics, in Madison, WI. Ann was born on February 28, 1933 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Edward B. and Katherine I. (Brittain) Babel. She graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. On August 20, 1955, she married Raymond C. Kisow in Cambridge, WI. Raymond preceded her in death on November 6, 2003. Ann was assistant librarian at the Cambridge Library for 20 years. She was a member of the Oakland-Cambridge Presbyterian Church and it�s Hope Circle. She also was a member of the Lake Ripley Country Club and Delta, Delta, Delta Sorority- University of Illinois. Following her retirement she volunteered at the Library, and enjoyed playing cards and reading. Surviving are her children: Sally (Rick) Wellenstein, Oconomowoc, WI; and Charlie Kisow, Cambridge, WI; Two grandsons: Nick and Rusty Wellenstein; sister-in-law:Mary Kisow, Madison, WI; Two nieces: Kay Krasin, Chicago, IL and Roberta Harness, Strongsville, OH; nephew: Tom (Carol) Krasin, Avon Lake, OH, and many special grand-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters: Patricia (Larry) Krasin and Vivian Babel; brother: James Babel; and brother-in-law: Robert Kisow. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 7, 2012, at 12:00PM at the Oakland-Cambridge Presbyterian Church in Cambridge, WI with Rev. Sandra Nuernberg officiating. Inurnment will be in the Lake Ripley Cemetery, Town of Oakland, Wisconsin. Friends may call after 10AM on Saturday at the church until the services. �Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a memorial to the Cambridge Community Library or to the Oakland-Cambridge Presbyterian Church.
