Obituary of Phillip Robert Willborn

Phillip Robert WILLBORN, age 48, of Cambridge, Wisconsin, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2012, at his home. Phillip was born in Madison, Wisconsin on January 9, 1964, the son of Robert Ernest and Linda (Romnes) Willborn. Phil graduated from Madison East High School in 1982. On February 17, 1989, Father Bill Nolan married Phillip and the love of his life, Sherri Ann Rohde in St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Madison, WI. Phil worked for 25 years as a HVAC controls technician. Phil enjoyed fishing and hunting with his father, playing cribbage with his son, and shared a love of his dogs, Abby, Princess, and Meiko with his daughter. Surviving are: Wife: Sherri Willborn, Cambridge, WI, His Children: Bobby (Fiance: Ashley) Willborn, Fargo, ND, and Sarah Willborn, Cambridge, WI, Two Sisters: Jennifer (Dane) Jensen, Cameron, WI, and Sue (Peter) Sharrow, Eagle River, WI, Mother-in-Law: Donna Rohde, Madison, WI, Brother-in-Law: Steve Rohde, Cambridge, WI, and Sister-in-Law: Lynn (Scott) Murray, Verona, WI. He is further survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. Phil was preceded in death by his parents, and his father-in-law John Rohde. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 14, 2012, at 11:30AM at the Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, 208 N. Park Street, Cambridge, WI 53523 with Father Bill Nolan officiating. Inurnment will be in Highland Memory Gardens, Madison, Wisconsin. Friends may call after 10AM on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at the Nitardy Funeral Home, Cambridge until the time of services.
