Obituary of Bertha Jane Ludeman

Bertha LUDEMAN, age 81,of Whitewater, WI passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at Fairhaven Corporation in Whitewater, Wisconsin. Bertha was born on March 28, 1930, the daughter of Happy and Mary Amelia (Parrell) Orcutt. She graduated from Mazomanie High School in 1949. On August 21, 1954, Bertha married Frank Ludeman. Bertha worked at Whitewater Electronics and baby sat numerous children for over 20 years. Bertha was a homemaker and loving mother to her seven children and a loving wife to her husband of 57 years. Surviving are her husband - Frank Ludeman, Whitewater, WI her children: Barbara (John) Frieberg, Port Ludlow, WA, Bob (Sherry) Ludeman, Kenosha, WI, Cindy (Kurt) Speich, Whitewater, WI, Janice (Steve) Gorsuch, Whitewater, WI, Debbie (Mark) Mead, Whitewater, WI, Rita (Jeff) Mizener, Fort Worth, Tx, and Anne (Kent) Martin, DeForest, WI., Grandchildren: Andy (Jessica) Ludeman, Jenny Ludeman, Krista Mizener, Amanda Martin, Nicole Martin, Sarah Ludeman, Jake Mizener, and Scott Gorsuch, and Two Sisters: Mary Schultz, Black Earth, WI and Peg Lucey, Black Earth, WI. Bertha was preceded in death by her parents Happy and Mary Amelia Orcutt, a sister Jean Ludeman, and brothers: John, Chester, and Charlie Orcutt. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at the Nitardy Funeral Home, Whitewater, WI, with Rev. Jerald Wendt officiating. Friends may call after 9AM on Tuesday at the funeral home until the services.
