Obituary of Sally Marie Lehman

Sally M. Lehman (April 14, 1915 - January 22, 2012) FORT ATKINSON - Sally M. Lehman, age 96, died on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at 9:00 am. Sally was born on April 14, 1915 in Holy Cross, Wisconsin, to John and Rose (Wester) Peiffer. On April 12, 1947 she married Albert Lehman at Holy Cross Church in Belgium, Wisconsin. Albert was a machinist employed Allis Chalmers Company in Milwaukee. They lived in Milwaukee, where their only child Rosemary was born. Sally sold Avon, and cared for her family as attentive wife and homemaker. She always had a happy disposition, and had a jolly sense of humor. She was often referred to lovingly as �Silly Sally,� by her grandchildren. Sally is survived by her sister Evelyn Goedde of Port Washington , Wisconsin, daughter Rosemary (Paul) Hable of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, and 5 grandchildren; Daniel Hable, Peter Hable, Joseph Hable, Andrew Hable and Mary Hable. Sally is preceded in death by her parents, husband Albert, brothers Roman (Curly) Peiffer, Ervin Peiffer, Clarence Peiffer, Harry Peiffer, Alois (Al) Peiffer, Norbert Peiffer and sister Hildegarde Bremser. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 3:00PM, on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Fort Atkinson , Wisconsin with Father Brian Wilk celebrating . Visitation will be from 1:00-3:00PM on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at the church until the mass. Burial will be on Thursday, January 26, 2012 in Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee, WI. The Nitardy Funeral Home, Fort Atkinson is assisting the family
