I'm sorry but I lost focus of what I was doing...to Bret's family my deepest condolences. He really was a good friend...blood brothers when we were kids you could say his house was my second home. Bret, Kurt, Bart and Liz and their parents were my second family when I was growing up. I loved them. I hope some day we can somehow reconnect in some way... love Steve.

Hi my friend...It is a sad day. I will miss you. We had a great childhood. Whether we were hanging out memorizing Bible passages at St. Paul's Lutheran School ohang in your room listening to records or swimming or playing pool at my house or sneaking a beer before one of our 8th grade Basketball games (which we got caught b/c you threw up in the locker room:)...you caved! I will never forget the time you came to visit me in Ft. Lauderdale. I am thankful for the friendship you showed me the time I came to visit in'78...those were great times buddy! There are so many things.... but buddy, I know you are in a better place and my wish is to visit you someday in Heaven!
Your best friend,
Steve

I remember having a lot of fun with Bret when we were kids. I admired Bret and his family and enjoyed spending time with the Mays on Talcott. Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss.

Please accept my deepest sympathy for I too know the pain of losing someone you love. May your family find comfort as I have in knowing that our loving heavenly Father promises us that very soon he will use his only-begotten son Jesus to 'wipe out every tear from our eyes' and cause death to 'pass away.' (Revelation 21:4) What a wonderful day that will be!
