Obituary of Sally Jane Shelman

Sally Jane Shelman, of Woodstock, IL passed away on Friday, February 17, 2012 at St. Mary's Hospital, Janesville, WI. Sally was born to Ardon D., Sr. and Florence F. (Geise) Hoel on March 16, 1950 in Madison, WI. She graduated in1968 from Evansville High School. Sally was an avid bowler, and enjoyed playing darts. In her spare time she enjoyed researching family geneology and visiting relatives. Surviving are her special friend: Robert Gillespie, Woodstock, IL; brother: Matthew (Beth) Hoel, Ashton, IL; brother: Gailen (Mona) Hoel, Rockford, IL; brother: Joe (Beth) Hoel, Milton-Freewater, OR; sister: Cyndi (Scott) Franzen, Rockford, IL; brother: Eric Shelman, Rockford, IL; aunt Phyllis and uncle John Vergenz, Cambridge, WI; godfather: Nick Triana, Watertown, WI; other aunts, uncles, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Sally was preceded in death by her parents and her godmother, Irene Triana. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 24, 2012 at 12:00pm at Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, 208 N. Park St., Cambridge, WI 53523. Visitation will be held at the Nitardy Funeral Home, Cambridge from 10:30am until the time of service.
