Obituary of Lynne Florence Jeffers

Lynne Florence Jeffers, age 72, of Fort Atkinson, WI passed away on Tuesday, April 03, 2012 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. Lynne was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on June 9, 1939, the daughter of Clarence and Arleyn (Atkinson) Rosenquist. On January 23, 1960, Lynne married Jan Richard Jeffers. Jan preceded her in death on January 25, 1986. Lynne devoted her life to healthcare, the last 24 years working as a Radiology Technician at the Fort Atkinson Hospital. Lynne was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fort Atkinson. She enjoyed playing bridge, knitting, going to movies, volunteering at the Hoard Museum, and especially spending time with her family. Surviving are: Three Daughters: Amy (Mark) Roesch, Watertown, WI, Julie (John) Ellis, Oconomowoc, WI, and Laura (Marc) Cevello, Danville, CA; Grandchildren: Jennifer (Josh), Matthew, Michael, Melissa (Tom), and Jeffery; Great-grandchild: Madisen; Sister: Jean Roehr, Combined Locks, WI; Sisters-in-Law: Bonnie Inman and MaryAnn Renier, and Dear Friend: Betty Yoh, Oconomowoc, WI. Lynne was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a sister Claire Dunkin. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 07, 2012, at 12:30 PM at the Nitardy Funeral Home, 1008 Madison Ave.,Fort Atkinson,WI with Father Brian Wilk officiating. Friends may call after 10:30AM on Saturday at the Nitardy Funeral Home until the time of the service.
