Obituary of Stephen W. Sutton

Stephen "Chip" W. Sutton, 52, of Whitewater, WI, died on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at his home surrounded by his family. Stephen was born in Springfield, Il on June 24, 1959 to Stephen P. and Mariann (Rourke) Sutton. He graduated from Illinois School For The Deaf and received a Bachelors degree from Illinois State University in Psychology. Stephen married Gina Alberti on February 14, 1982. He was employed with Wisconsin Interpreting and Transliterating Assessment. Stephen loved playing softball for various deaf softball associations/clubs over the years.� He also enjoyed fishing and camping. Stephen is survived his wife Gina, three children, Paul, Daniel and Ashley Sutton, grandchildren, Alden, Brennan and Cale, Mother, Mariann Sutton, Sisters; Tina, Karen, Mary, Elizabeth and Paula. Stephen was preceded in death by his father and an infant son. Services will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 7:00pm at the Nitardy Funeral Home, 550 N. Newcomb St., Whitewater, WI. Friends may call on Wednesday from 4:00pm until the time of the service at the funeral home.
