Obituary of Joan Ann Perry

Joan Ann Perry, age 73, of Cambridge, Wisconsin passed away on Tuesday, May 8, 2012, at her home. Joan was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on May 26, 1938, the daughter of John and Sophie (Janowiak) Wiza. She graduated from Messmer High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1956. On April 11, 1959, Joan married Jerome Perry at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Milwaukee. Joan was a loving, gregarious, Wife, Mother, and Grandmother, who loved gatherings with family and friends. She also enjoyed caring for her flowers, boating on our pontoon on Lake Ripley, and traveling. She will be heartily missed by all who knew her! Joan was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church in Cambridge, WI. Surviving are her husband: Jerome, her children: Jay (Barbara) Perry, Janet (Craig) Kreuser, John (Rhonda) Perry, Joseph Perry and Jeffrey (Tina) Perry, grandchildren: Kyle, Dustin, Joe Jr., Shawn, Nathan, Heidi, Hannah, Aliyah, Josh, Tyler, Ashley, Jessica, Brooke, and Colton, and sisters: Florence (Norman) Hoffman and Delores Kirsch. Joan was preceded in death by her parents. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 14, 2012 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 701 W. Water Street (Hwy PQ), Cambridge, Wisconsin with Father Dave Timmerman celebrating. Following the luncheon, interment will be in St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, Jefferson, WI. Friends may call from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Monday, May 14, 2012, at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Cambridge, Wisconsin. Special thanks to the staffs of Rainbow Hospice Care and UW Cancer Center, Johnson Creek. Also heartfelt thanks to all of St. Pius X parish members and friends who offered prayers and support for all of our family during Joan's battle with cancer!
