Obituary of Richard Kerwin Kerwin

Richard Kerwin Olson, age 83, of Cambridge, Wisconsin passed away on Monday, May 28, 2012, at Eagle View Manor in Jefferson, Wisconsin. Richard was born in Cambridge, Wisconsin on June 28, 1928. Richard served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII seeing duty in Germany. On October 14, 1950, Richard married Rosanna Mae Bergholtz in rural Cambridge, Wisconsin. Rosanna preceded him in death on February 25, 2003. Richard worked for United Parcel Service for 37 years and served on the Cambridge Fire Department. He enjoyed horse pulling, going to auctions, and gardening. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Surviving are two sons, Larry (L'Jean) Olson of Cambridge, WI, and Bruce (Lorrie Cedarwell) Olson of Waterloo, WI, Grandchildren: Kelly (Brad) McGinnis, Austin, TX, Jodi (Solon) McGill, Verona, WI, Amy (Dean) Slark, Green Lake, WI, and Lindsay (Dustin) Klemp, Cambridge, WI, and Great-grandchildren: Cole, Kylie, and Gavin Slark, and Brody and Grant Klemp. Richard was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: Earl and Truman Olson. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at the Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, Cambridge, Wisconsin with Rev. Richard Dowling officiating. Burial will be in the West Koshkonong Lutheran Cemetery, Town of Pleasant Springs, WI.
